Pecan pieces -
Almond paste -
Dark chocolate -
Sea salt

Pit the medjoul dates -
Fill the dates with almond paste -
Melt the dark chocolate 'au bain-marie' and dip the medjoul dates in the chocolate -
Sprinkle with pecan pieces and sea salt -
Place in the in the freezer for at least 20 minutes
