This means our shop is 100% vegan. As a member of our team, it is important you know how to deliver that message. At first, you will be working in our ‘warehouse’ and eventually your responsibilities will broaden. This position offers you responsibility, with production and quality assurance as your main tasks.

The job

In this job, you will have diverse responsibilities and tasks. Since we are a fast-growing start-up, we'll require you to be flexible. You'll be part of the operations team, yet sometimes you'll need to pitch in when we have a rush hour in the store. In operations, we are all together responsible for preparing the end products and orders for customers. Delivering high-quality and delicious products is always our main priority.

• Warehouse tasks
• Keeping the place clean and in order (everything always starts and ends with cleaning and maintaining hygiene)
• Roasting nuts
• Packing products
• Order picking
• Make nut butters, bliss balls, and other healthy snacks
• Dishwashing oven sheets, supplies, etc.
• Do deliveries or run errands
• Support in the store/juice bar
  
  

Your skills and attributes

• Keeping an overview and being a stress-resistant multitasker
• Communicating easily and giving constructive feedback
• Speaking fluent Papiamentu and Dutch or English
• You're flexible
• Attention to detail
• Customer-oriented
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in food
• Basic skills in Excel and affinity with numbers
• Affinity with a plant-based and vegan lifestyle
• Ability to reach, bend and lift boxes up to 20kg
• Able to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours)

• In possession of GGD-Card for social hygiene
• Drivers license
• In possession of sedula
• In possession of your own car
