Easy Chia Pudding Recipe

Looking for an easy, meal-prep friendly and healthy breakfast or snack? Chia pudding is the answer! Chia is full of nutrients including Omega-3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, and antioxidants. They can help with bowel movement and are high in potassium (two times more than bananas!).

🍴 Ingredients used:
- 2 table spoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup nut milk or water
- Splash of maple syrup (or use agave/date syrup)

- Granola
- Pecans
- Fresh fruit (mango & blue berries)

👩‍🍳 Recipe
1. Mix the chia seeds with the nut milk and maple syrup. Stir well and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Put some granola in a glass and layer it with the chia pudding, fresh fruits and pecans.
