Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Nut House Member Program! By participating, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration

  • Eligibility: To join, you must be a registered customer at Nut House. This requires providing your first name, second name, and a valid email address.
  • Complete Registration: Points redemption is possible only after your registration is complete.
  • Accuracy of Information: You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Please update us promptly if there are any changes.
  • Non-Transferability: Membership is personal. Accounts and points cannot be transferred to others.

Accumulating Points

  • Earning Points: Earn points by providing your details at the cash register during checkout.
  • Account Specificity: Points are credited only to the account of the individual named in the member program. Using another person's name for points is considered fraudulent and may lead to account suspension and freezing of points.
  • Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, power failures), we're not liable for the inability to add points to your account.

Redeeming Points

  • Redemption: Points can be redeemed only by the account holder.
  • Non-Monetary Value: Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to modify the list of items available for redemption.
  • Identification: We may request ID verification for point redemption.

Expiration of Points

  • Inactivity: Points expire after one year of inactivity and will be removed from your account.

Monthly Raffle Participation

  • Eligibility: Participation in the Nut House Monthly Raffle is open to all registered Nut House members who make a purchase and leave their details at the cash register in the month of the raffle.
  • Entry Conditions: For each purchase, members receive one entry into the monthly raffle. 
  • Daily Limit: To ensure fairness, there is a limit of one raffle entry per member per day, regardless of the number of purchases made that day.
  • Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will take place in the week after the month is finished. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during that month.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their member profile. It is the member's responsibility to ensure this information is current and accurate.
  • Prizes: Details of the monthly raffle prize will be announced at the beginning of each month. Prizes are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize within one month of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or used in future raffles.
  • Compliance: The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Nut House reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or engages in any conduct detrimental to Nut House, at its sole discretion. Terms and conditions of Nut House should be followed to enter participation of the raffles.
  • Liability Release: By participating in the raffle, members agree to release and hold harmless Nut House and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such member’s participation in the raffle and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
  • Team members:  Nut House team members are excluded from raffles.

Privacy Policy

  • Consent to Data Processing: By participating, you consent to the processing of your personal data for targeted marketing and communication.
  • Data Protection: Your data is confidential. We will not share it with third parties.

Nut House's Discretionary Rights

  • Management of Accounts and Points: Nut House reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate the member accounts and points as deemed necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, adjusting point balances, suspending accounts, or modifying point values and redemption options.
  • Reasonable Use: These actions will be taken in a fair and reasonable manner and may be necessary for various reasons including, but not limited to, maintaining the integrity of the Member Program, complying with legal requirements, or addressing suspected misuse or abuse of the program.
  • Notification: While Nut House will endeavor to notify members of significant changes to their accounts or points, it is under no obligation to do so, and members will not have a claim against Nut House in such instances.
  • Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for regularly reviewing their account status and are encouraged to report any discrepancies or concerns immediately.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding account management or point adjustments, Nut House's decision will be final, subject to applicable laws.
  • Account Inactivity: Nut House may also close or suspend accounts due to inactivity, as defined in our Member Program guidelines.

Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: Nut House reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued participation implies acceptance of these changes.
