Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 150 ml nut milk
- 60 gr oats or oat flour
- 30 gr protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the tbsp of flaxseed with 3 tbsp of filtered water at let it sit for 15 minutes or until it becomes jelly.
- Add all ingredients to a kitchen machine or blender, except for the baking soda and apple cider vinegar. If you use oat flour it's even possible to stir with a hand mixer or wisk, if you mesh the banana first.
- In a separate bowl mix the baking soda and vinegar. Add to the mixture and mix.
- Time to make your pancakes! Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil (we recommend using coconut oil) and pour some of the batter into a pan. Wait until one side is done, flip and repeat.
Serve and enjoy!
TIP:
