No need to skip breakfast with this easy meal prep! You can make it ahead of time, even for a couple of days. Start your day in a healthy way 😉
🍴 Ingredients used
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Nut milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup (or agave)
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder
Toppings:
- 20 gr Hazelnuts
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 tbsp Cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut butter
👨🍳 Recipe
Mix the chia seeds with the cacao powder, maple syrup and nut milk. Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
✨ Presentation
- Pour half of the chia pudding in a glass and put the banana, hazelnuts and other half of the chia pudding on top.
- Top it off with hazelnut butter, cacao nibs and hazelnuts.
