Requirements
- Drivers license
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- You have transportation
- You have a laptop
- Valid work permit for Curaçao (VVR)
- Food handlers license
What does your internship look like?
- Sales support – Create quotations, sales orders, invoices, and plan business orders.
- Analytics – Conduct business analysis and provide reports to management.
- Logistics and purchasing support – Assist with new products and purchase orders.
- Financial administration – Handle vendor bills.
- Customer service – Answer customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Internal communication – Share knowledge about Nut House products with staff; assist in organizing staff events, training sessions, and more.
- Workshop support – Assist with workshops we organize for our customers
Operations, store and sales
You will be taking part in the daily operations of Nut House; that is either in the production area, in the store or doing sales on the road. In the production area you will help with the entire fulfillment process; preparing orders, oven-roasting nuts, packaging products, doing deliveries and purchasing. These are all very hands-on tasks. In the store or on the road, you will experience the customer facing environment where you will do sales and support customers in purchasing the right products. In the store you will also support the juice bar in the daily operations. You will learn by doing, this will improve your knowledge when dealing with more general business tasks and projects.
Business administration
As you get onboarded and become more familiar with all the processes at Nut House, your tasks may develop during the internship based on performance and motivation:
1 full day - study assignments
You are fully responsible for your own time management in this department. This full day you work on study projects, assignments or classes, portfolios, questionnaires/surveys etc.
Location and duration internship
The internship takes place in Curaçao.
You will work at our office and warehouse.
The internship is for at least 4 months.
